I really like the shop but had a very disappointing experience when purchasing earrings online - initially there were no earrings in the box. I contacted Kilkenny and they promptly posted a pair - these were not as described online and one was broken. Kilkenny then posted the pair that I had ordered.
I usually am a fan but found this so strange that it took three deliveries to get the correct order.
