Over 6 or 7 years I have enjoyed using this great little company. However, all the customer service received lateley would indicate a big change which has taken a trustworthy supplier to a nightmare to deal with. They suddenly have return policy that are less than the law states. When they sell mis labelled or faulty goods they will not refund if you opened the package. How would you know theres a problem without opening ? The sales assistants seems to enjoy the back and forth, and get very defensive when asked what their position is when you call up. Wont be using again. This market leader now has so much competition its probably not the best time to downgrade their customer service so dramatically.
