Terrible customer service basically I was happy to order without discount but on their website said they'll give me 15% discount and when I pressed on it it asked for my email and after that I didn't get any code or discount code. So I messaged the customer service team to help me and they said You have to wait 24 hours which is crazy but I waited 24 hours anyways even though I needed needles straight away after 24 hours and then receive no code or a discount code. So I went and ordered my needles. Anyways, I thought I'd still get a 15% off on my next order if I speak to the Customer service again. But now they're saying because you've ordered and you're not eligible for 15% terrible customer service. Why would you offer a discount and have a terrible system for it? They should have given me the discount as soon as they promised. Not within 24 hours. They should have just gave me a discount straight away so I won't be shopping here again only because of false promises.
