These are an absolute disgrace Insured with autonet my commercial van was damaged in a crash 4 weeks later it’s stuck on a garage waiting to be removed as the garage don’t do such repairs and I have spent 60 phone calls being passed from pillar to post to try and get my replacement vehicle I pay yearly for .. they claim someone will call back but never do they have cost me thousands in hiring vehicles while I wait as apparently the first vehicle had a nail in the tyre so that was one of a hundred excuses … it’s become a bit of a joke I’m getting a twitch with them calling up daily and still I’m van less an absolute tin pot shocking outfit and all proven liars too as my many phone calls can prove
