I have been dealing with Kinderton for nearly 10 months following an incident where my car was hit. The communication from Kinderton has been deeply disappointing. After several attempts to reach out via emails and phone calls, my inquiries remain unanswered, and the promised callbacks within 24 hours never materialize. The lack of response and the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction is concerning, especially after discovering numerous other customers have faced similar issues, as reflected in the company’s overall poor reviews. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and customer care, particularly in a situation that already poses its own stress and inconvenience. I had hoped for a straightforward and fair claims process, but the experience has been anything but. I am now considering escalating the matter through formal complaints and seeking external advice to achieve what should have been a simple resolution. To anyone considering Kinderton for their insurance needs, I urge you to look closely at the experiences of myself and countless others. An insurance company should offer peace of mind and support when you need it most, not add to your burdens through poor communication and inaction.
