Nightmare. Placed an order for GW2 Hero Points at 4:20PM local - ETA 30mins for start. Contacted support at 5:10 'I think it's a couple of hours'.
9PM still no start, asked for an update, couldn't give an eta.
11PM was told despite paying for express, my order was not set as priority and I kid you not, this was the message I got:
[오후 11:22]Kingboost Support: Hey! We're just prioritized your order! I think it'll help to find you a booster quicker 😉
오후 11:23]Toffee Latte: It was on express, it should have already been on priority. Which means you didn't bother to do this when I placed the order. I already started doing it myself. Refund the order.
I've now been asking for a refund for 30 minutes and they're dodging it, despite 'no questions asked' 30 day policy (providing the booster hasn't already been assigned, which it has not)
Luckily not an expensive lesson, I never make a big order with a site I've never used before on the first time, because that's a silly thing to do. If they decide not to give me my 10 euros back it is what it is it's less than an hours salary. I'm more annoyed I have to now stay up and farm the HP myself to have my extra alt ready for the WvW beta because this company couldn't be honest. Also let's take bets I get the same copied and pasted response other 1 star reviews get asking for more info when disc name + order ID is in the review.

(NOTE THIS ETA HASN'T CHANGED AT ALL, DESPITE THEM KNOWING IT CAN'T BE DONE IN 30 MINUTES). This is like my 8th level 80, I can get 250 HP myself in literally an hour I have the springer and raptor masteries, but the idea was - I go out tonight, and I just pay 10 euro to have someone farm the HP for me so I can chill out instead. Got home at like 10PM and found I have to farm the bloody thing myself anyway.
