The Raid service is excellent, always on time, and always guaranteed gear slots filled. However the m+ service is lacking. I´ve made several m+ 8-10 boosts from kingboost and most of the time they are severely delayed. When I ask customer support when service can start they always say 5-10 minutes. But the longest I had to wait was over 26 hours. There is a BIG difference between 10 minutes and 26 hours, but once you do get your group the boosters are excellent and very polite. Customer support is always available and very professional, albeit time optimists.
