I ordered and paid for what I thought was a new oven but before it was dispatched I discovered that it was a 'graded' item. Although in all likelihood it would have been fine, I decided I wanted 'new', to go with everything else in a new kitchen. I called Kingdom Appliances and they could not have been more helpful and co-operative. There was no quibbling, a credit note was emailed within 24 hours and the money credited back to my card within about a week. As a result of such good service I would definitely use this company in the future.
