The service was amazing, the cooker came but was damaged under the Packerging, which was no fault of Kingdom appliance. They took it straight back and gave me the offer of a full refund or replacement, they came back the next day with a new cooker, which works great, they kept me updated and called for both deliveries, I would definitely recommend and use again
