Very pleased with AEG freezer, delivery time excellent, but why was it only delivered by one man, he had trouble getting the huge freezer in the house, if we hadn't managed to get the other freezer to the pathway outside the house he could not have taken it, even though we paid for it to be taken. In the end the huge freezer was left in the middle of my kitchen for two days as I had no-one to take it down two steps to my utility room. Not very good service at all, had to wait to get people in to help me, even though I paid for this to be delivered. Other than that I am pleased with the freezer but you should ask people before hand if it needs to go down steps, he didn't even have it on a barrow.
