The order and delivery was fine but I am struggling to get to grips with the cooker. Zanussi has not answered my queries about understanding how to set the timer and the fact that the grill does not 'grill small quantities in the middle of the shelf' - the outer grill circuit comes on first at the edges not the middle. The big grill tray has rubbed in transit (as have the shelves 'grazed' the caltalytic finish in the lower oven) and will cut into the enamel of the runners at the side unless I am very, very careful. It looks great but I'm resigned to the fact that nothing is made as well as it used to be!
