The cooker was very good value for money. The man who sold me the cooker over the phone was excellent - courteous, pleasant and efficient, as was his colleague who arranged delivery and indeed, so was the delivery man. My one quibble is that, a few days after delivery, I realized that the foil covering the insulation under the cooker was damaged. The insulation was hanging down. I suspect the damage was done by the trolley on which it was wheeled to the house. Sadly. when I phoned about it, I was told it wasn't a problem - even though i thought it was.
