We bought a regraded aeg oven. The photos of the scratches were very accurately portrayed but in fact were hardly noticeable upon inspection (which they ask you to do upon delivery). Delivery driver was very helpful and placed it in the kitchen for us and waited patiently while we checked it. Would definitely use again.
