The oven is very noisy when it is on. It sounds like the grumbling and whirring noise of the fan operating. However, the oven gets hot quickly and cooks at the correct temperature for a fan oven (even though this oven was not described as a fan oven). The oven cooks more quickly on the right-hand side though, so I always have to turn the dish 180degrees halfway through to try to get the food more evenly cooked. Overall, this oven was not too expensive and it was fairly good value for money.
