The record was a pre-order through the artist's website. The record arrived late and the download code doesn't work, the link provided is to an empty folder. King's Road Merch is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. Their customer service did communicate back, slowly, to me via email but the issue is still unresolved one month later. This is NOT a complicated problem!
