I recently purchased three vinyl albums. Two were previously released and one was a preorder. I received the digital downloads right away from the released albums and a few singles from the preorder. However, I never received the digital download once the preorder was released. I waited until I the albums were physically received to reach out and ask to have the digital files sent to me once I found there was no download code in the album. It took a few days but I was eventually sent a link to download the album.
