I'll start out by saying the recent item I received is really nice and of great quality (Frank Iero Yeti Mug). There were delays, and that's fine because I know there were issues with quality and whatnot with the first batch. The reason for my rating though is because I had to reach out via email to check to find this information out myself instead of it being communicated to me. I have friends as well who preordered this mug and they all seemed to get an offer via email with a discount code to use in the store when KingsRoad Merch found out there would be a delay. I received no such offer myself though.
