The album I preordered months ago has been sitting with the 3rd party shipper for over a week waiting to be taken to a usps location. When I reached out for assistance, I was told to contact the post office, however after contacting the USPS who had yet to receive the record, I was told by kingsroad, to contact the 3rd party directly but told to “have low expectations”, for having my issue resolved. It was made clear that my issue was not a priority as it was pointed out that I chose “the most economical shipping option” and “hopefully it’ll show up soon” I don’t feel kingsroad took my issue seriously. I didn’t expect to get the record the day it released… after having paid for the record months ago, within a week, not ideal, but fine. I chose the most “economical” after all. That said, it should have hit the post office by now.
I would have liked to know that the Kings Road had acknowledged that a week for a 3rd party shipper to hold an item as long as they have is unacceptable and that kingsroad would at the very least be contacting them to find out when the rest of the packages would be going out.
