I tried ordering merch for a podcast about leaving reviews! I’m a sucker for a sale and tried purchasing on July 4 for a discount and free gift. The website would not accept my purchase, I tried multiple times. I wrote in to ask if I was being scammed, and if they’d help me. Customer Service was so nice and responded so fast. Again, being aware I was buying product for a podcast that’s all about Karen’s leaving terrible(ly funny) reviews, I wanted this to go smoothly. And it did! Customer Service was patient with me and a month later I was able to place my order, and it came within 3 days!
