I wish when I ordered 2 of the same record you guys would send me both of them instead of me having to message you guys saying you only sent me one of the two items I ordered. This is happened to me about for five times over the past year and a half now but you guys have always message right back and re-sent the other item that I didn’t receive. I just feel that you guys have a lot of oversight that is being looked there and could probably save a little bit more money if you guys just slow down and process the orders like you’re supposed to I don’t understand why always have to write it seems like one out of every three orders you guys mess up of mine again you guys always do take care of it but it is really annoying having to message you just about every other time that you guys have messed up my order. thank you again for always taking care of it.
