After my order processed, it took 12 days to ship. I wasn't given an estimation as to how long shipping would take at checkout, so this made me a little anxious. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email either, I only knew my order shipped through checking the status on the website. Once it did, the company did not have my tracking number and said I'd need to contact them to find it, which seemed kinda pointless so I just waited. My items came in 5 days from that point. The shipping aspect of my experience wasn't great, but the quality of my products is lovely, which does make up for it! :)
