Ordered a limited social distortion 40th anniv poster. Tube was damaged when it arrived and the ends had not been secured with tape.
Poster was irreparably damaged inside the tube which wasn’t thick enough to survive international shipping.
Sent a support ticket when the package arrived but not had any response.
Very disappointed with what I had previously regarded as an excellent company to deal with.
