I ordered a limited edition Social Distortion poster. It took KRM nearly 2 weeks to send it and when the package finally arrived, the wrong poster was inside. It wasn't even a SD poster. When I emailed the company to inform them of the mix-up, they told me that the poster I ordered was out of stock and issued a refund without even asking me to return the item I had received. When I emailed asking them to provide an explanation for what went wrong and some assurance that they would better manage their inventory, they offered me free merchandise instead. Repeated attempts to get an explanation went unanswered. Any company that would rather try to bribe a customer into keeping quiet than humor that customer by providing a reasonable explanation for a badly botched order, definitely operates in unethical territory. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The D+ rating speaks for itself.
