If it was possible, they would get zero stars. Booked two hours before required for a pre-booked set meal. Turned up an hour late and the operator or the driver.....quite frankly I don’t care which, lied. The operator said the driver was running behind, the driver said he’d been given the job 7 minutes before he arrived (an hour late!). Missed starter and cold main course. Never had such a bad experience and at this time of year more than ever, these businesses should be on top of their game. It was the first time I used them, it will most definitely be the last time I use them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
