I ordered the Ketone Blood Meter Test Kit. I used it 1 time and the next time I tried to use it one week later, I got the low battery error message. I went and purchased a new battery but I am still getting the same error message. I have reached out to customer service via text and email and have yet to get any assistance. I have also called multiple times and keep getting a voice mail. I am disappointed to say the least. I will not be shopping with this company again.
