Some of the products are good- some not so good. I ordered the electronic keto monitor. When I received the device it didn’t work. I even went to a battery store bought a new battery In case that was the problem and it still didn’t work. I have written them three or four times now and still have a broken monitor. I receive a multitude of emails from them a week to sell their product but when I had an issue they couldn’t find the time to email me or take care of the problem… Very disappointed in the follow-through and care of the customer. They also have the slowest shipping time of any company I’ve dealt with. When I question them about the time it takes to get their product they blame shipping company Yet FedEx and UPS deliver the majority of my products in a timely manner even through pandemic with a few hiccups.
