I ordered the MCT oil with express shipping and was charged for express shipping but when I got my confirmation of shipment it said my order would not arrive when I expected it too. I called and talked to someone in customer service and they realized that the wrong shipping was picked for my order. The gentleman on the phone apologized for the mistake and had a bottle shipped to me and I received it a day after I called. Great service I will be a return customer! Thank you kids my Keto!
