I called the company because my parcel hadn't arrived. However when I spoke to Someone at Kit and Kaboodle I was informed my parcel was delivered and sent a photo, however it wasn't my house. The person I spoke to defended the delivery company DPD and made all sorts of excuses for them. I was then told they would try and contact the delivery driver but if I hadn't heard by Monday to let them know. I said I wasn't prepared to wait over the weekend and made it clear I am their customer not DPD and its my well earned money they had. when I said if I hadn't got my parcel this afternoon I would like a refund I was told I was threatening. It was their defence of the delivery company that really irked me. Fortunately the person who had my parcel knew me and brought it to me. Kit and Kaboodle have the worst customer service and they make customers wait at least two weeks for refunds on returned items. I will never buy again.
