I've used kitandkaboodal a few times, with varying satisfaction. I needed an outfit for going away, and put in an order in Thursday AM for £75. The website stated i would receive the items the next day, so I opted to pay for 'Express' delivery although I was entitled of the free delivery. I received an email on Thursday saying parcel had been dispatched and tracking would follow. It's now Saturday and I have still not been given tracking details. I've emailed and called, to no avail. The woman on the phone has the audacity to tell me there was no Epress delivery option, so I emailed a screen shot to prove my point. No response. So I'm spending a second day at home waiting for a parcel, that may, or may not have been sent. I will not be using this company again.
