There were two shortcomings. 1. The delivery time was postponed twice which had me waiting on the road for half an hour, and hanging around for more than an hour. 2. The item does not quite fit the kitchen unit in that the unit door does not close flush but sticks out. The unit is within the specified dimensions and the door would would have fitted flush if the adjustable rods of the back frame had been attached to the ceiling instead of the ends. There is no warning about that in the instructions. Having spent some time identifying the problem, I was too disheartened to take everything out and start again.
