Ordered 2 items but only 1 arrived but this was quickly sorted and the 2nd duly arrived. No complaints. I ordered 2 magic corner cupboard mechanisms because my wife had complained about the difficulty of reaching kitchen utensils in our corner units. The mechanisms or units come with a 15 year guarantee and well made. Careful measuring is required but the instructions provide all the measurements. I'd hesitate to say easy to fit in situ because access was so restricted but it's within the range of diy and is cheaper than replacing the whole kitchen. My wife is pleased with the result!
