Arrived within 3 days both times. There was no additional packaging on the wire baskets except for the cardboard box that it's in, so the lower wires on one of mine had become bent in transit. The main frame is strong though and unlikely to bend. Since it was at the back, I decided to pull them back into shape rather than send it back and reorder.
