My package was lost twice. First time was the fault of DHL but it took a month yor Kiwi Electronic to acknowlege it and later it was not shipped at all for 2 weeks. Only after a third round of emails I finnaly had the package shipped succefully.
I understand that the company can't do anything about a lost package but I would expect that the next one would be somehow prioretized afte rthe package was delayed for a month.
