A total scam. They cancelled our flight tickets and do not want to reimburse them. We paid USD 1436 for them. We had to pay new flight tickets for USD 1700.
They say that we cancelled them voluntarily!!! Unbelievable. They didn´t allow one of the other passengers to speak to a supervisor in Spanish. Even if the Spanish flag appears on the website and a telephone number in Spain, she couldn't speak to a supervisor. She asked for a claim number and was also denied. We won't stop until we receive our money back.
