I ordered a dressing table and stool from this company. When they are arrived the stool was totally smashed and the dressing table had two drawers that the front were smashed off. The company then emailed me after i sent photographic evidence which they asked for and then said to me what did i think was a fair partial refund I said 50% because I had two items that were not fit for purpose and then they said no we can only offer 40% and why ask me what i thought was fair, that was fair, you have shipped to items that are completely broken. I will need to spend money buying wood glue, my time, my petrol, then i will get to get nails for a nail gun, again my time my money and then I will have to try to put this back together again and then they had the nerve to offer me 40% which then went down to £30.00 this company is a total rip off, they package items poorly then they arrive broken and you end up paying for their poor customer service. Totally shitty company!!!
