Fairly quick reimbursements, and I like it that my vet can send invoices directly to you after they are paid. I don't like it that after less than 1 year with KNOSE, the premiums quoted for the following year rose DRAMATICALLY and I had to downgrade my pet cover in order to afford insurance. I joined KNOSE after reading reviews that you were one of the better insurances, however I believe there are others out there with better deals. THe problem of course is switching when our pet already has a pre diagnosed condition - which is near impossible and like all insurances, we are held ransom to your company for life!
