So far we've had a very good experience with Knose. Claims have been reviewed, and where there have been questions - there was always a phone call or email to follow up and check. There are some delays with claim reviews however, that's understandable and as long as the claims are processed we don't mind. Premiums have also gone up but again this is not the only policy that we have with increasing premiums.
