Wow! I am beyond impressed. I decided to order custom ties and pocket squares for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding. My fiancée and I decided to go with a complimentary but not matching look. We first ordered the colour sample sheet to get the best idea of what the colours will actually look like (highly recommend). After spending some time with the very user friendly customizer on the website, we had settled on the designs and colours we liked. One of the things that really stood out was the option to also pick your tie length and width. I am quite tall and wear a tall length tie, but off the rack ties are usually very wide if they are longer. Knotty Tie allowed me to pick a longer length tie but in a modern 2-3/4" (or even a skinny tie is my physique suited one). From the time we placed the custom order, it took about 2 weeks to be ready to ship. Once shipped, I think it only took 3-4 days for them to get to my house... in Canada! Customer service response was even faster than the shipping when I had a few questions regarding our order. My only gripe was that I got hit with a rather hefty duty charge. Not that that's Knotty Tie's fault, but maybe they could offer a shipping option with a carrier that includes duty (or avoids it altogether) in their shipping fee. All in all though, I am thrilled with the entire process. From the fantastic communication from customer service, to the rapid production and even more rapid shipping. And of course, the phenomenal quality of the products themselves. Knotty Tie has gained another (tall, yet modern) customer for life!
