From the time I found their website until the ties arrived was an exceptional experience. The website is easy to use with a large array of selection. We loved the option to order an extra long tie as my fiancé is 6’5”. I also loved that I was able to get the ring bearer a tie to match. The whole party will look cohesive and on point. I forgot to order the kiddy one and emailed frantically immediately after. Danielle was prompt in replying, understanding and friendly. She included it in our originally order and I didn’t have to pay extra shipping, which saved me $40. When they arrived they came in trendy Kraft boxes which is nice since we are adding them to the grooms gift boxes. The ties are excellent quality and exactly what we had hoped for!
