The customer service has always been excellent, and so is the quality of ties we have purchased! And I love how they expended the customization option on pretty much all ties, we get to pick any color my husband’s would like. Our favorite is the one with a Samoyed dog of course because we have an American Eskimo dog who looks just like it.
