I ordered the climbing tie for my son’s graduation from Penn State since he is on their climbing team. I loved that I could customize colors and chose. I was thrilled! However, when the tie arrived, it was not as pictured. I reached out immediately and shared my pictures. Daniela quickly wrote back that they had made an error and would send me a new tie. The new tie arrived and was what I ordered! It was the correct colors and will be a perfect addition to graduation day.
