I am extremely happy with the customer service and quality of the products. I had a great time designing our ties for our wedding. Once I received the ties, I had noticed one was missing in the delivery. I emailed the team and got a response back within 5 minutes and my missing tie was found in manufacturing and was sent out the next morning.
