Knotty Tie Co. had amazing customer service. The staff was very helpful the entire time I was selecting colors and ordering ties for my wedding. They responded to all my questions and concerns immediately. When my ties arrived, one had a small defect. I sent them an email with a photo attached and they had a new tie made right away. The colors are completely customizable and complimentary swatches can be sent directly to your house. I was struggling between colors and it was so helpful to see them in person when deciding. Each tie also came in it’s own box.
