Well. When I chose to order a mask via Knotty, the advertisement said 5-9 days to ship and then 2-3 days to receive if you paid for the expedited shipping, which I did because I'm an essential worker and constantly exposed to the public. I placed my order on April 15, tomorrow is May 1st and I still haven't received it. I did receive a notice that my order shipped on April 25th (so 10 days and not 9), but it has not moved since that date. I have no idea how the product is or if I'll ever see it at this point but sure wish I hadn't paid for the expedited shipping since it didn't make a difference.
