All the masks we ordered are well-made and comfortable. Love the pocket for the PM 2.5 filter, which we had purchased separately because Knotty Tie did not have any in stock. Delivery by USPS took 4-5 days because of distribution center issues, but Knotty Tie responded quickly to inquiry about the delay. Customer service is excellent. Only downside is cost of each mask, but we wanted to support a local Colorado company.
