I am super impressed by their quick response and turn around for questions, changes, etc. I only ordered one tie and they treated me as if I ordered 1,000! I was ready to go when they got back to me when I chose a print that was too small to be read. Once we made a few tweaks I was ready to go again. When I received the item, sooner than expected even during this COVID pandemic I was impressed again with the quality of material. My boss LOVED his tie with our logo on it. We had given it to him for his promotion. He took the tie off he was wearing that day and put on the one we got him. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
