I booked an appointment with Dom for 9.30 am, he did not only arrive on time but the job he did was excellent he surely knows he is doing. He fixed the faulty heater and the electrical outlet at a ridiculously cheap price. I can say they are highly recommended and above all, their customer service was top notch.
