Extremely responsive when I place an order and shipment is quick and when expected. I have switched much of my pet orders for our two Pomeranians to Koa's and so far so good. As to the Wellness brands, my only issue is with packaging on some product such as the small breed Turkey grains for seniors. Once you open the bag, the seal doesn't stay shut again. They like the grain so I have to repack but again that's a Wellness issue, not Koa.
