2 Complaints: 1) The items are shipped 2-day Fedex, they are kept in a styrofoam box with 2 ice packs, when I received mine the ice packs where completely liquid and contents were room temperature at best. 2) I received my items on May 7, the best buy date on some of it was May 25. So it didn't really fit how I usually drink meal replacement shakes.
