I've had Koia delivered a few times. In the past it has shown up with the ice packs still mostly frozen. Today, however, all the ice packs were thawed. Fortunately I was there when the delivery arrived so I immediately got it into the fridge. Maybe ordering when its 90 degrees outside stretches the boundaries of how cold they can keep it. I'll probably factor that in for the future.
